Venezia Giulia IGT "Tiare Blù" Livon

The red wine Tiare blu di Livon at tasting shows a ruby red color, with light garnet nuances to the eye. The nose opens on intense fruity scents, which recall in particular blackberry, cherry and ripe raspberry, then followed by subtle vegetal notes and memories of chocolate and licorice. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, fleshy and well worked in the tannic texture, with good persistence and savory in the finish.

Ideal with meat or cheeses, it goes well with pork stew.
