The Romitòro Toscana IGT, made by the Castello Romitorio winery, is an important red wine that manages to tell, in a truly original way, the uniqueness of a territory like that of Montalcino. What makes this label special is the selection of the grapes used in the blend, which is made up of two international varieties: Petit Verdot and Syrah.

 

Tuscany Red IGT "Romitòro" Romitorio Castle

When tasted, the Romitòro di Castello Romitorio red wine shows a very intense and deep dark ruby red color. The olfactory spectrum moves around notes of red fruit, rose, cedar, cocoa and gunpowder. In the mouth it is rich, broad, generous, soft, characterized by a fresh vein that lengthens the finish.

PAIRINGS

Excellent with second courses based on meat, especially with game. Also perfect with hard aged cheeses, it gives its best with sausages and grilled pork chops.
