This wine, whose name refers to the Camertina valley, aims to revive ancient and little-known red traditions of the Matelica area, dating back to the early 1900s, with the aim of combining the elegance and softness of Sangiovese with the concentration and power that the Merlot grown in our territory expresses.

The result is a fusion of character and elegance, with a very sweet tannic component, which gives the product great drinkability.

 

Marche Rosso IGT "Camerte" La Monacesca

The red wine "Camerte" from the La Monacesca winery shows a red color that demonstrates personality and elegance, the result of the fusion of the characteristics of the Sangiovese Grosso and Merlot vines. The color is intense ruby red, notes of cherry and blackberry prevail on the nose, with which light tertiary notes blend. The tannins are soft and the wine shows a pleasant drinkability.

PAIRINGS

It is a wine made with two important grape varieties, which give life to an intense and structured wine. It goes well with main courses based on red meats: roasts, grilled mixed meats, sliced beef.
