The Caluso Passito DOC "Sulé" Orsolani 2010 (375 ml)

The Caluso Passito "Sulé" by Orsolani on tasting shows a golden yellow color, the nose expresses notes reminiscent of overripe fruit and in particular apricots, plums, figs. A slight oxygenation enhances the licorice root, saffron and sun-dried white figs. In the mouth it is sweet, velvety, supported at the bottom of the palate by the freshness necessary to balance its natural sweet component. Infinite by persistence.

PAIRINGS

At the end of the meal, “Sulé” is enhanced with aged cheeses and in particular with natural gorgonzola. Excellent with dry pastries.
