Recioto Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 'Cadeau' Bovaro Cantina Negrar, on tasting it has a ruby red color with violet reflections, on the nose it has fragrant and intense aromas of raspberry, black cherry, plum and dried plum, together with notes of tobacco, anise , cloves and balsamic gusts. The taste is tasty, tasty and soft, creamy in the long finish that recalls sultanas, in a complex that is never cloying and confirms it as one of a kind.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent with cocoa biscuits, tart with wild berry jam, but also with spicy and blue cheeses.
