Maximo Umani Ronchi is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which are pressed whole using a small soft press. The must obtained, after static decantation, is fermented on its own yeasts at a temperature of 15°C for a month. Maximo ages for about a year in small stainless steel containers before being bottled.

 

Marche Passito IGT "Maximo" Umani Ronchi

When tasted, the passito Sauvignon Maximo by Umani Ronchi presents itself with a gold color, with amber reflections. The nose opens with strong aromas of ripe apricots, peaches and figs, enriched with pleasant hints of honey, candied fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it is rich and elegant, pleasantly sweet and soft, with persistent notes of candied fruit and honey.

COMBINATIONS

Perfect as a meditation wine, it is ideal in combination with dry desserts.
