Passito Lazio Aphrodisiumn del Casale del Giglio comes from Petit Manseng, Greco, Fiano and Viognier grapes. It is an enveloping and balanced sweet wine. All the grapes are harvested at late ripening, to concentrate the aromatic substances as much as possible and the fermentation takes place, completely spontaneously, in steel containers at a controlled temperature to preserve the organoleptic qualities, in order to create a soft and tasty white. !

 

Passito "Aphrodisium" Casale Del Giglio 

The Passito Aphrodisium of Casale Del Giglio at tasting shows a golden yellow color; fresh and floral nose (peach blossom and orange) with notes of grape peel and canned peach, then citrus and honey.

In the mouth it is a nectar, but it does not lack freshness and expressive nobility.
Sweet, enveloping and long finish, with a mineral note.
