The skill of the Bonollo master distillers allows to sculpt the particular organoleptic profile of this grappa which is characterized by an exceptional richness and aromatic vivacity, as well as a softness and balance able to surprise and thrill even the most demanding connoisseurs. Complete maturity is achieved through careful aging in small French oak barrels in which a gradual and harmonious evolution of its inimitable and unmistakable character takes place.
