Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG Braida Giacomo Bologna

When tasted, the sweet sparkling red wine Brachetto d'Acqui by Braida Giacomo Bologna shows a light ruby red color with purple reflections, a lively froth and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with pleasant hints of ripe red fruit, enriched by notes of dried rose. On the palate it is soft, sweet, delicate and sparkling, with a long aromatic persistence.

PAIRINGS

Perfect to accompany strawberries, wild strawberries and dried fruit such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios, this dessert wine finds its ideal combination with dry pastries and baked desserts, from Christmas panettone to tarts. Try it with chocolate.
