Rum Agricole Clairin Sajous 70cl Cased
After extracting the juice from the cane, Michel Sajous elaborates his Clairin Sajous starting from a cane syrup concentrated with the steam produced by the combustion of the bagasse. A pure, true, uncompromising rum, like the country of which it is the expression.
Rum Agricole Clairin Sajous
Rum Agricole Clairin Sajous, when tasted, is clear and crystalline. The olfactory structure is rich, full, with an initial attack on notes of sugar cane, then veering towards memories of licorice, chocolate and spices, such as cloves and nutmeg. On the palate it is decisive and tense, the power of alcohol emerges immediately, which stings and dries slightly to leave room for inebriating floral sensations, accompanied by caramelized oranges. Long and refined finish, slowly fades into exotic tones.
