Made with L'Occelli al Barolo cow and sheep's milk, it matures for a few months on wooden boards in Valcasotto and is aged in pomace enriched with Barolo Docg wine. It is a great tasting and meditation cheese. Its taste of sure personality goes well with great vintage red wines.
