This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony of the Franciacorta method signed by Bellavista. It is made with mainly Chardonnay grapes, then Pinot Noir and a small amount of Pinot Blanc. In the cellar it is assembled by skilled hands, starting from numerous selections of the harvest and some "reserve" wines from previous years, an indispensable treasure to perpetuate the style of the house over time. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and elevation of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels, capable of bringing intensity and complexity

When tasted, the Bellavista Franciacorta Bellavista Cuvéè DOCG sparkling wine shows a yellow color with greenish reflections and the foam is white with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent seduces with inviting notes of ripe fruit and light hints of vanilla. The sensations of the nose correspond to the palate, it is harmonious and savory with a complete and persistent finish.

PAIRINGS
