Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Dry Santi, when tasted, has an intense and bright straw yellow colour, it immediately stands out for its subtle, persistent perlage and creamy foam. Strong fruity incipit on the nose, specifically of citrus fruits, white peach, pear, apple, and then turning towards floral tones of orange blossom and acacia. In the mouth the balance between the hard and soft components is very good for an almost excellent balance, thanks to the powerful acid backbone which perfectly supports the sugary component.
The particularly velvety finish is excellent. Bubbles that adapt well to any meal, arousing curiosity alongside tasty dishes such as goose liver pâté or a seafood and green bean soufflé or a prawn salad. Try it on fruit tarts, focaccias and shortcrust pastry.
