This sparkling wine comes from a blend of Lambrusco of the Salamino, Grasparossa and Montericco varieties, it is processed exclusively in steel to keep the typical fruity aromas intact and is refermented according to the Martinotti Method (in autoclave). Fresh and drinkable, also helped by the Dry sugar dosage which gives it a slightly sweet profile, Rubino del Cerro is a sparkling wine that will win you over with its ability to combine the liveliness and light-heartedness of Lambrusco with excellent quality.

Sparkling wine Reggiano Lambrusco Dry DOC "Rubino del Cerro" Venturini Baldini, when tasted it presents a brilliant ruby red color with bright purple nuances, shows an olfactory succession that speaks of black cherry, plum jam and blackberry, then iris, geranium and a touch of wisteria, with balsamic puffs as a delicate but present garnish. The taste is agile, fresh, creamy, perfectly balanced in the light flavor and very interesting in the long almond persistence.

COMBINATIONS

Ideal for an aperitif, in particular with cured meats and mixed cold cuts, it is the wine to take into consideration for cotechino and lentils.
