TASTING NOTES

In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow color, with some very slight greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. The nose is aromatic, with the classic aromas of apple, wisteria and acacia flower. On the palate it is fresh thanks to the excellent acidity, smooth and well balanced.

PAIRINGS

Excellent for a joyful aperitif, where it goes perfectly with different types of dishes and preparations. Ideal companion of fish-based cuisine, it is to scream with a prawn tartare.
