Franciacorta DOCG Brut Vintage Berlucchi

Franciacorta Vintage Berlucchi comes from Chardonnay (75%) and Pinot Nero (30%) grapes, coming from the best owned vineyards, many of which have a high plant density.

Soft and progressive vinification of the bunches with fractionation of the musts; alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and aging of the best parcels in oak barriques, where they mature for 6 months in contact with the yeasts.

Preparation of the cuvée in the spring following the harvest, exclusively with the wines of the vintage. Second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent refinement in contact with the yeasts for at least 36 months, followed by another 3 months after disgorgement.

TASTING NOTES

Soft and abundant foam, subtle and persistent perlage. Franciacorta Vintage Berlucchi, when tasted it shows a straw yellow color with slight antique gold reflections. Intense, persistent and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe yellow candied fruit mixed with hints of Chantilly cream.

PAIRINGS

It accompanies the entire meal, because it enhances the flavor of appetizers, pasta and rice dishes, white and delicate meats, fish and even aged cheeses.
