Franciacorta DOCG Berlucchi 61 Extra Brut
The Franciacorta Berlucchi '61, when tasted, shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Soft foam with good persistence of a slight crown; subtle and continuous perlage. Fresh, rich, elegant, discreetly persistent nose, with notes of white pulp fruits and citrus hints. The taste reveals remarkable freshness and pleasant acidity; it is soft and balanced, with a pleasant citrus sensation in the finish.
PAIRINGS
It is a sparkling wine recommended as an aperitif throughout the meal and is an excellent accompaniment to some typical dishes of Franciacorta, from casoncelli (stuffed ravioli) to lake fish (perch and char). It knows how to enhance, without ever overpowering them, the flavors of dishes, whether they are based on rice and pasta rather than white meats or fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
