Franciacorta Brut by Antica Fratta is the label that perfectly represents the style of this ancient reality of Franciacorta. The prevalence of Chardonnay gives the assembly an elegant profile, complemented by Pinot Noir which instead brings structure and complexity.

 

Sparkling wine Antica Fratta Franciacorta DOCG Brut

Franciacorta elegantly fresh and lively as well as full, characterized by pleasant fruity and floral aromas.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the second fermentation, this bubble refines for 24 months on the lees and for a further period in the bottle before being released on the market.

The Spumante Franciacorta Brut by Antica Fratta is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG.

 

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Spumante Antica Fratta Franciacorta DOCG Brut is characterized by a pale yellow color, with greenish reflections, and by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an intense and rich bouquet, with pleasant fruity and floral aromas. On the palate it is pleasantly full, with a strong acid vein.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS

Spumante Antica Fratta Franciacorta DOCG Brut perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
