Nino Franco's "Rustico" prosecco at tasting shows a bright straw yellow color. Persistent perlage. It offers hints of white flowers and fruity aromas on which the scent of Williams pear stands out. It leaves the palate soft, proving to be delicate but at the same time crystalline. It is dry, fresh and persistent.
