Campari bitter comes from an alcoholic solution of herbs, plants and fruits. The whole process takes place at a temperature of 100 ° C, then pure alcohol is added, the maceration process begins.
Subsequently the part of the macerated herbs is removed obtaining a very aromatic infusion with about 69 ° of volume.
