Vermouth Dolin Blanc
Vermouth Dolin Blanc, when tasted, presents itself with a crystalline and clear color, has a gentle and delicate nose compared to the category, dominated by vegetal hints of wild herbs and fruity hints of white melon, together with spicy notes of nutmeg and a particular almost mineral background that recalls brine. The taste is elegant, refined and in excellent balance between the sweet-bitter note that stimulates the appetite with great softness, without being too aggressive.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect as an aperitif, with lemon zest, together with tonic or to prepare numerous cocktails.
