Blended Kensei perfectly represents the characteristics that a great Japanese whiskey must have, being a blend of fine spirits refined in small oak barrels in a village between Kanagawa and the Nagano mountains, a place called Kiyokawa, or 'pure river', to underline the importance that water has in the production process. Harmony and balance, just like a samurai.
Whiskey Blended Kensei
The Blended Kensei, when tasted, presents itself with a very bright golden yellow color, envelops the nose with smoky notes reminiscent of sandalwood and incense, delicate but incisive tones of withered flowers and hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit, with sweeter hints of acacia honey in the background. Soft, creamy and very pleasant in roundness, it has perfectly balanced alcohol and delicious hints of sweet spices. Long toasted finish reminiscent of tobacco.
