The "Vulcano" is a soft cheese aged in rind with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled entirely with red chilli powder. When tasting this cheese has a straw white color, compact texture and natural rind. Intense and fragrant nose, spicy in the mouth. Seasoning: 15 days.
INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, selected lactic ferments, aged on the crest with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled entirely with black pepper powder.
